What is Hello Kitty Party Land?
Hello Kitty Party Land is Sanrio Games' first game — developed and published entirely in-house by the Sanrio brand. It's a casual party title designed for local multiplayer, supporting up to four players. The game pulls from the full depth of the Sanrio universe: 145 Sanrio characters appear throughout, with 16 of them fully playable.
The playable roster includes Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and a deep bench of recognizable Sanrio favorites. If you'd rather not play as an existing character, the game also supports a fully customizable avatar.
Gameplay
The game includes over 40 original mini-games, which is a solid count for the genre — Mario Party typically launches with 70–80, but party games live or die on quality over quantity, and 40+ gives the game enough variety to stay fresh across multiple sessions.
All mini-games are original to Hello Kitty Party Land; they're not remixes of existing Sanrio content. The focus is clearly on younger players and Sanrio fans, but the four-player local co-op format means it works as a family or group title for any age.
